Coffee the way you like it

A short espresso, a creamy cappuccino or an unhurried filter coffee. Café Gourmet Baru uses medium-roast arabica beans from the Alta Mogiana region, in southern Minas Gerais, grown at 1,280 meters, scoring 84+.

For something different, the Café Brulée has brulée syrup and the iced Café Biscoff blends espresso, milk and Biscoff cream.

House teas

The signature teas are made with natural ingredients. Azul Místico, caffeine-free, has cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and butterfly pea flower. Vermelho Intenso combines hibiscus, apple and berries. When it is hot, Baru Tea offers iced versions with sparkling water and popping boba.

Something sweet on the side

The Affogato Baru brings together vanilla ice cream, baru nut paçoca, chocolate sauce and an espresso. The petit gâteau comes with vanilla or pistachio ice cream and baru paçoca.
