A burger with Baru style
The Hambúrguer de Picanha Baru comes on a pretzel bun, with mozzarella, iceberg lettuce, house mayonnaise and a side of fries. If you like it bolder, go for the crusty bun version, with barbecue sauce, cheddar, egg, bacon and onion. There is also the chicken burger, on brioche, with cheddar, arugula and honey mustard sauce.
Sourdough sandwiches
The sandwiches are made with sourdough bread. The jerked beef one has tomato confit, Minas cheese and ricotta cream. The Ceratti mortadella one comes with buffalo mozzarella, arugula and pesto. The pulled rib one goes on a baguette with house mayonnaise.
And there is the Mignon Medialuna: filet mignon, barbecue sauce, house mayonnaise, cheddar and salad inside a medialuna.

Like the whole menu, the sandwiches are served all day, from breakfast until late at night.
