Baru’s pizzas are personal size, made with sourdough. It is the right amount for one person, whether at lunch, late afternoon or at night.
Savory
The Mignon pizza has strips of filet mignon, red onion, mushrooms, catupiry cheese and mozzarella. The jerked beef one comes with olives and red onion. The Blumenau sausage one combines pomodoro sauce, mozzarella and gorgonzola. And there are the classics: Margherita, Calabresa, Chicken with catupiry, Bacon and corn, and Tuna.
Sweet
The Sensação pizza brings together Nutella, strawberries and chocolate sauce. The white chocolate one has ganache, white chocolate chips and M&Ms.
